Most important is Rule 3, which disallows talking about the ongoing round in OOC. 

Due to the sheer number of new players, we are STRICTLY enforcing rule 3. Hinting, joking, or talking about anything in the ongoing round in OOC will result in an immediate 15 minute ban from the server. Subsequent violations will result in that time being doubled and so on.

Do not talk about the ongoing round in OOC.

Additionally, it is against the rules to use netspeak abbreviations (such as 'pls', 'u', 'wtf', 'lol'), or refer to OOC concepts ('valid','admins','banned') in IC. This does not apply to helping teach someone how to play, e.g. telling them to click on such and such button.

See someone breaking rule 3? Don't worry, we'll catch them. Screaming about IC in OOC or ahelping someone using netspeak is unnecessary.
